·AS degree in engineering or equivalent.
·5+ years experience in a manufacturing enviroment.
·Excellent technical skills and knowledge in manufacturing of hydraulic components .
·Experience in CNC programming of horizontal and vertical machining centers and / or multi axis CNC lathes with Siemens 840D and / or Fanuc series 16 controls.
·Knowlege of work holding fixture and tooling design.
·Excellent verbal/written communication skills; must prove ability to work within a team environment.
·Must be disciplined , organized , self motivated , self driven
·Working knowledge of MS Office and experience with AutoCad .
·Experience using an MRP-II system, preferably SAP
·German language skills a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Responsible for leading a group of machining centers and related operations in achieving departmental goals ( quality , counts , scrap , downtime , etc. ).
·Implement principles of Bosch Production System and 5S standards.
·Develop machine operators.
·Ensure proper communication between shifts ( individually and as a team ).
·Assist/lead machine operators in set up of machining centers and daily manufacturing problem solving ( hands on support a must/requirement).
·Develop and improve processes and quality to achieve manufacturing optimization; initiate/lead continuous process development including tooling/fixture/gage design, CNC programming, and documentation.
·Lead/manage new manufacturing product launch—including development and prove-out of tooling /fixture/gages and CNC programs.
·Production documentation ( PFMEA , PQP , etc. )
·Qualification of product.
