Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years’ professional experience in DBA or related field
- Proven working experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge and experience with SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications
- Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL
- Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding
- Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and reporting tools
- Familiarity with programming languages
- Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically

The Database Administrator will be responsible for providing a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users. This critical position is challenged to help us propel our sites to the next level.
- Supports and maintains SQL Server database applications.
- Conducts system tuning, performance monitoring and database maintenance.
- Develops reports and custom requests for users.
- Assists with application and user support when needed.
- Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users
- Perform test and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity
- Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required
- Defining users and enabling data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner.
- Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution
- Schedule and perform regular server maintenance
