Requirements:

You will need to have a bachelor's Degree in a related field of study and two (2) or more years of experience in either/both a college's student aid or student
financial services office, and/or knowledge of the Banner student information system.

Job Description:

You will be under limited supervision of the Director of Financial Aid and Veterans' Affairs, performs all duties associated with the processing of student financial aid with exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism at all times in a timely and accurate manner. You will manage all student loan programs and train relevant staff; develop and presents informational financial presentations for current and prospective students and their parents; assist with coordination of VA education programs to include certifications, evaluation of programs, and maintenance of all records associated with VA; assist with program management for the Federal College Work Study Program, ensuring compliance with federal student aid regulations. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required. This job Requires excellent customer service, communication, decision making skills and public
speaking ability. You must use an objective viewpoint and be a cooperative team member.
