Job Description:

Our Line Therapist works on client teams under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized educational and behavioral programming through 2-4 hour sessions of one-on-one therapy.

Job Responsibilities: Provide direct 1:1 ABA services targeting language and play development and new academic, behavioral, social, and daily living skills. Develop replacement responses for complex or disruptive behaviors. Create a fun, engaging environment for clients, using each individual’s motivations to promote meaningful learning opportunities and experiences. Collect data on clients’ goals using a tablet. Communicate with fellow therapists and BCBAs regarding client programs. Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers through the modeling of appropriate interactions. Participate in ongoing training to maintain certifications and further develop best clinical practices

Full-time: Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
Part-time: Monday – Friday: 12 PM – 3 PM
Monday – Friday: 12 PM – 6 PM
Monday – Friday: 3 PM – 6 PM
